Data Integrity
We report market information that we derive directly from the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by currency exchanges. We do not manipulate the data except to abridge and/or summarize series of similar data points.
Account
CryptoXRay can be accessed and used anonymously (without being logged into a CryptoXRay Account). Accessing the Service when logged into an Account allows one to see a customized view of the market which shows their personal trading data.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service or create any kind of Account.
Service Level Agreement
Availability is defined by a App Store and data stream server being functional and accessible at the URL of the Service.
Security
We do our best to ensure that our software is secure, however we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. By creating a CryptoXRay Account you are providing any personal information at your own risk and you are agreeing to relieve us from any and all liability arising in the event that your personal information on our system is accessed by unauthorized third parties.
